The Fluffy Farewell Party.....

Last Tuesday June 20, 2006 it was ending where it all started....

The same restaurant that Fluffy was offered to be assigned to Thailand almost three years ago....

A fitting coincidence to the Fluffy one's stay in the land of smiles....

It was a night filled with eating, singing and drinking unfortunately the Fluffy one was advised by the doctor not to drink beer anymore....

A most memorable night for Fluffy, all of his friends from his department were able to come and join the party even though it was a very short notice...he was most delighted....

Everybody had a wonderful time Fluffy was too full to think properly....he nearly botched up his farewell speech....

Will this be the last chapter in the Fluffy's adventure in the land of smiles....

He will be jetting off to Manila at the end of the month....

Friends and memories carried home to big to fit any suitcase...

Memories enough to last a lifetime...

The Fluffy one is hoping that he can return to the land of smiles someday....even perhaps permenantly....

For now all he can do is go home.....

Fluffy Vacation

It was another 3 day week-end Fluffy and his office mates decided to un-wind and relax....

What better way to relax than to go to the beach.....

Fluffy thinks that the beaches back home are way better than the beaches here in the Land of Smiles....

Anyways more of the fluffy vacation photos on a later date due to the sheer volume of the pictures it might cause problems with the Fluffy blog....

Going back tu Fluffy's vacation...

Fluffy got to un-wind and relax recharge the batteries and run around the beach...
Again due to Fluffy's uncanny lack of foresight he went to the beach with no sunblock... soooo... the Fluffmiester got himself sunburned...

After spending an over night at the beach and island hopping to one island...Fluffy and friends went to one of the garden in Pattaya in Thailand...seen here jumping with friends at the garden....(more pictures to come soon...)

There they had a close encounter of the elephant kind....picture on the next blog entry....

29 years on this earth Fluffy tried to put the things that happened to him during the past year in perspective....

Fluffy had a lot of thins to be thankful for over the past year and hopefully there will still be a lot more years which he will be thankfull for.

Fluffy was able to take a trip to the Philippines for work and was able to convince his boss to let him stay a little longer just enough time to spend with his family and the Klasmeyts. He had fun visiting them all and catching up.

Fluffy was able to meet his new God son...month year old Kimi...

Fluffy was able to watch one of his nephews in Big Brother teen edition in the Philppines albeit only for a short amount of time. It was worth it. The first ever member of the Fluffy clan to be featured on TV and have multitude of fans...

On the work side the Fluffy one has been given more work it looks like he is being geared-up for an extension by the powers that be in Thailand which is what he wants. More on that issue on later post.

Looks like the Fluffy is in for the long haul....he will be returning to the philippines on a monthly basis from now on based on the Big boss promise to the powers that be in the Philippines.

Fluffy will be off on a 3 day week end vacation this coming weekend. He will be giving us updates on a later date regarding this issue.

Fluffy and friends gave them a going away.... thinking of a more appropriate word...Freedom party....

The night started out with dinner at a Thai restaurant...Fluffy thinks thai food outside Thailand is just not the same....

Then after that proceeded to a famous watering hole in Bangkok for the hip urban generation....

Fluffy and friends drank and danced the night away 'till it was time for the bar to close at 2:00 am....

The days of partying 'till the sun comes up in Bangkok are now over since the implementation of the no drinking after 2:00am rule which kinda sucks....

Fluffy has now got into the habit of collecting the plastic ball bearings after his group finishing consuming 1 bottle of Johnnie Walker...Fluffy currently has three from the nights escapades here in Bangkok...

Truly it was the night of merry making and alcohol....

Fluffy bouncing Around SE Asia

Fluffy is at it again folks....

The previous "Month of the Hearts" found Fluffy crossing back and fourth South East Asia.

Carried on the wings of Boeing 777-300 and Airbus A330 the fluffy one went about to do his activities in the Countries of the Java Man (Indonesia), the former British Colony (Malaysia), and the Freaky Clean City State (Singapore).

This is a picture from a cloudy Indonesian day in the capital of Jakarta.

Everything went smoothly this time and there were no surprizes that caught Fluffy off guard.

Fluffy was always uneasy when e was going to Jakarta this time was different he feels more relaxed and focus on the job at hand.

Next he was off to Malaysia for 5 days....

Multi cultural Malaysia was quite a very good experience for Fluffy. The air was fresher than in Bangkok and Jakarta.

He got to see the tallest twin tower in the world, the Petronas twin towers. He was able to walk around the park and see the sights for a short time.

He was pleasantly surprized when his return flight got over book and he had a chance to ride in business class for the first time.

Next he was off to Singapore....

Fluffy was not able to bring the company camera due to it was being used by his boys in the on-going activity.

Singapore was freaky clean....

There was garbage bins every 10 feet and nobody was chewing gum...

It was expensive...very expensive.... Fluffy had a very filling Japanese dish dinner... it was very good but it was pricy at 70 Singapore dollars....Fluffy was not sure if the taste was worth the cost.

Company New Year Party

Fluffy Company New Year Party.....

Fluffy was asked to be the MC (Master of Craziness) during the company's latest edition of the new year party...

Here are some of Fluffy's friends enjoying the party....and the food too....

Ther goes Fluffy's diet right down the tubes....

It was a fun filled party the food was okay and the grand prize was a round trip air ticket for two to the former stiff upper lip colony of Hong Kong....every body was excited of the prospect of winning the prize...

Aside from that there were also a lot of other prizes up for grabs....

In true TMAP tradition no ones goes home with out a prize...so there were about 80 prizes to be won...

Any way to update you guys, Fluffy did not win anything this year...he won a gift basket where the only thing he was interested in was the bottle of scotch that was in it.....better luck next year fluffmiester...

After ther party...Fluffy and a few friends proceeded to a near by watering hole to continue the merry making and to continue the drinking spree...

Every body had a great time....there were a few bad moments....but there were a lot more fun moments to be had by everybody....

After 3 Months in Hiatus Fluffy is back....

Happy New Year to all the fluffy fans out there if there are any....

The fluffman has vowed to update his blog more frequently in the upcoming new year...

Fluffy recently went back home to his motherland for some much needed R&R hooking up with old buddies...garrman, old sparky, pork and the shak boys, hairy critter, manchild ogre, and the rest of the screaming bbs.

Fluffy joined the screaming BBs in a game....

Fluffy did have himself a very good time while playing with the screaming BBs as you can see them in the BDUs allgeared up and ready for action.

The screaming BBs after a day of crawling shooting and running...

Fluffy has one target for the new year is that to get himself a goob BB gun enough to make zombies into honest folks....He got his eyes set on a Knights SR-25 sniper rifle now if only he can get enough muula to pull it off that would amazing.....

Shak Gatherings:

Fluffy also visited the shak....The ever revered place where all this craziness started....

The ancient one....pork was there to welcome him....he sat down and read the ye old logbook....Looking at the pictures when every one was still thin...

truly 2006 is the year that the shak boys need to get back into shape and regain the old stature from the past...or die trying...or maybe not....

The Ongoing Chinovela:

Garrman missed the game due to an "Important Prior Engagement". Fluffy did grill the garrman for some juicy details....It look like things are really looking good the ye old skunk of love and we never know he might be first casualty of the dwindling breed of shak boys vagabonds....

Fluffy will monitor the situation and see what develops... see posters and print ads for details...

The Oberon Summons:

The klasmeyts were summoned by Oberon for a new year get together bash and the sending off of Fluffy back to Thailand....

Beer and Vodka was flowing and all the artery clogging food you can imagine...

Fluffy did not recognized the new greenhills mall called the "Promenade" since last time he was home this was not yet finished....The old 70's greenhills stench was now replace with the sanitized urban styling of the year 2k5.

He was surprized.....

They arrived to see garrman being grilled by Oberon, rikeso and BataIsip...

Garrman was on the defensive....but it was a good gathering klasmeyts whom fluffy has not seen or heard from in a long while.

Fluffy finally received the prescription from Mad Scientist III for the BB gun project his jaw almost hit the floor...but he will persevere and try to scrimp up enough money to buy the gun he desires....

The festivities finished around 10ish and the group proceeded to go to the shak for much need discussions....

The next post of fluffy will be on his-ongoing exploits and adventures in Thailand and Southeast Asia or where ever fate takes him on this adventure...

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

Movie Reveiw:

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children....

Synopsis:

The Movie takes place 2 years after the end of the Final Fantasy VII. The main Character Cloud Stryfe has given up the hero life for a more waderer kind of existence... this is where the story begins....

Review:

Fluffy has just watched the japanese edition of the straight to DVD movie from the guys at square enix...100 mins of pure graphic wizardry and packed with action and all our favorite characters....

There are 3 new main anatgonists to the story.... right from the get go if you are an FFVII or any FF fan you will notice the great amount of detail done. All of the character you played are there... Barret, Yufi, Tifa, Vincent, Red XIII et all... all redone in significantly better graphics... one of the more famous creature summons is also there... Bahamut.

The bumbling guys of Shinra are also there.... they provide the comic releif.... for the movie they get a few good punches and kicks in but mainly there for the comedic value... Aerith and Zack has a cameo.... The limited edition box set which cost a whopping 30,000 JPY come s with an OVA that tells the story that happened before the game and is advisable to watch before watching AC.

Fluffy is still mulling over the idea of buying the limited edition box set... it cost a lot of money...

Back to the movie... if you have been a FFVII fan this movie will not dissapoint but if you are new to the FFVII world it can be a bit confusing at times...

But over-all the movie is light years better than the final fantasy movie that was commercially released...

As a fan of the game...Fluffy rates this a 10/10 but that's him being partial since he is a fan of the game and played countless hours way back when it was released... it probably was the reason he bought the original Playstation to begin with...

Let's just hope what ever decision the Fluffy one decides he will not regret it...

Fluffy's advice go watch the movie and make up your own mind...

Take note that the officially sub-titled version will not come out until November and all the subs out there are still fan subs as posted on the net....

There is still no substitute for the real and original thing....

A Surprisingly Rainy Day

Fluffy still aching

"Hmmm...Since you sorry excuse for a maggot have been keeping up with the SHIT I have been throwing at you ... I think it time for me taking it easy on you maggot...it's time for a bigger pile of SHIT...DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!!!"

It has been two weeks since Fluffy made up his mind to get back into shape again....

It has been two weeks of feeling sore after the work out...4 to 5 times a week 2~3 hours per visit....

Fluffy thinks he is already adapting to the constant training.....on his first visit he tought he was going to pass out...but countless off steps and kilometers on the stationary bike he is actually getting there in small incriment but he is on the right path....

A Rainy Day in Greongtep(Bangkok)...

Fluffy notice that it was a gloomy rainy day in Bangkok when he woke up earlier today...

It was raining all night and Fluffy tought that it will be a monster traffic jam as it was 2 weeks ago 3 and a 1/2 hours to travel 20 kms....nasy....

He went of a couple of minutes early than his normal time....

Fluffy flagged down an orange cab and said to go.... not surprising the taxi driver said that it was traffic where he was going...but never the less Fluffy went on to proceed....surprisingly there was no traffic jam on the express way and on the main street...Fluffy thought all the people decided to call in sick for the day or something.....it just took him the usual half hour to get to his place of work just outside the capital....

Strange things does happen when you least expect them to....

Another Fluffy week-end...

Fresh from getting ditched twice last week, Fluffy went about organizing yet another trip to RCA... to Route 66....

Starting his day off by going to the gym for his training sessions which his regular gym partner unfortunately cancelled due to some prior engagement....as the old addage goes....but that is an entirely different story altogether and is best kept in secret according to Fluffy...

He spent 3 hours trying to whip himself back into his cheerleading days shape....(that is 25 kgs of fat he has to reduce in order to achieve his target... he needs all the motivation he can get....)

After the gym he went to Siam to lounge around for a while... Fluffy talked to his friend Plai and tried to organize something.... they were able to agree that the will meet around 10ish in Route 66...his friend has to go with another friend to an event they were planning to go to....

Fluffy went home to drop off his gym clothes and to rest awhile....his American friend Vincent called him up and they met at the Skytrain station to go meet Vincent's Japanese friend Yoichi at Guillever's Bar.... After a round of drinks and introduction to some of the local girls in Guillever's Bar the trio decided to go to Route 66.....

After a discussion of police in the "developing"countries compared to the "developed" countries...they were able to reach Route 66....

At the gate the guards were checking everybody's IDs Vincent did his "I'm from America dialogue" and was able to get through with out showing any ID...Hmmm Fluffy thought to himself....the shared a chuckle and a laugh afterwards...

Inside the West Room of Route 66 Fluffy and Vincent whaen Yoichi....the man....called the two guys and introduce they to these 3 fine lasses...Liz...Alex.....and .....I forgot the 3rd girls name....and according to Fluffy's highly tuned gaydar the were girls....and good looking girls at that.... your typical RCA girls....spaghetti strap shirts (blue, orange and red strips) and short jean skits tight figure hugging pants... they guys (Fluffy included) proceeded to dance the night away...the girls was with this other guy...(local) which according to the guys were gay....close proximity dancing and a little gropping ensued in the night's merry making...the girls were pretty tipsy....and the Alex was so wasted that she would grab Fluffy or any other guys hand and try to put it....use you imagination.....and then she'd turn around and make out with the other guy.... this went on until 2 am....around 2 ish ...Plai and the Pricess of Route 66 she doesn't want to be called mistress any more... they said good bye to the girls...and promised to see them next week...(fat chance of that happening....) the quartet then proceeded to the east room and chatted with the princess until the effects of the booze hit them....

They promised to return the next week and party some more...they parted ways around 3 am....

Never has it been so easy to talk to Thai girls in bars.....

The Aches and Pains of getting back in shape....

Fluffy aches.....

"I will get you back into shape you fat and sorry excuse for a maggot. Jesus H. Christ you are the worst type of maggots I have ever seen....I've seen it all but you take the cake....I will get you into shape if it's the last thing I do or you die trying...."

Fluffy is totally sore from his work-outs at the gym....he was warned not to over train but no....being the usual fluffy self he did not listen...now he is aching.... and sore....the prvious days was just fine...he was full of energy but now he is down... legs hurting arms hurting and generally tired....

The Fluffy one was even grumpy at work today.... he was highly irritable boarder lining on flamable....

He was not able to paint or do anything he has passed out on the sofa 3 of the previous 4 days....Thursday being the worst....

But he his getting there....getting back the stamina ha had when he was still a cheerleader in his younger days....way back when....that was about 8 years and 20 kilos ago....before he became bloated....but that is another story for another time....

Back to the story.....

Currently Fluffy is gaining his stamina.....albeit slowly...hopefully by the end of the month he can be fitter than he started he hopes...

Fluffy a Teacher???

After weeks of negotiations, bugging and general diversionary tactics....Fluffy was able to get the scheduled training that he was pushing for....

But he now the instructor for a course that cost the company major moolah....

The expectations are high....the results must be exemplary....everybody must get in line....

"Boot camp starts now.... and there will be no one left with out the proper understanding of the proper procedures and protocols....every thing must be squared away...."

That coming from the ultimate slacker, the radical thinker that earned himself multiple visits to the principals office when he was still a student.....

How will the Fluffy one react to 4 weeks of boot camp....will his wards understand the proper way of doing things or is he just bull shitting everybody.....

"Shape up or ship out....There are only two ways to do things....There's Hard way and there is....MY WAY..."

Fluffy got Ditched.....Twice...

At the start of yet another Fluffy weekend.....

Fluffy together with a friend planned to go to RCA....Route 66.... a local club here in Groengtep where a lot of young people go to visit and hang around to consume massive amount of alcohol....

Fluffy went to the gym together with a friend to work on his very imense pyshic...a mean here is getting on the heavy side nowadays....after that they planned to go....but at 10 PM he called on his friend....which no to his surprise sounded very tired on the phone....after riding the stationary bike for more than an hour...hitting the tread mill for 20 mins....cross trainer for 20 mins...200 crunches on the abs-machine....who can blame her... Fluffy will be out like a busted light bulb too.... But at least Fluffy got a promise to go next week...so keep reading and be kept update on the current situation....

Ditch Number 1....

After that Fluffy and his friend called on another friend....this time he told them that he is not going to ditch them.... he will come around midnight or something.....Yeah right....they were ditched again.....

But the brighter side was Fluffy and his friend got to hook-up with the Mistress of Route 66 which was a very nice and down to earth girl.... Fluffy got to hang around the DJ booth since the dance floor was very crowded....

A reschedule of the activity was planned for the next week...hopefully Fluffy thought to himself.... what ever happens...happens nothing to ponder about.....

How Fast Time Flies....

Don't you think the old saying that time flies when you are doing something you like??

This photo of Fluffy and his friends was taken more than a year ago....

They started out as stranger in a foreign land and became classmates in learning Thai in Bangkok....

Fluffy being assigned now for 2 or so years in Thailand is a having one of the best experience of his life....

Having the company of good friends...being fulfilled with his current job and making a difference in the world....at least in his companies world....Fluffy does not mind the difficulties in the job as long as he has a good team to work with all things can be accomplished....

Fluffy still is the same nutty and insane self....he just grew-up and became more open minded about things around him...not just limited to the local country where he was but to the global community....

It seems time just flies by when you are having this much fun....

Mis-adventurous Business Trip

After staying for 2 nights in Jakarta, Fluffy is going back home to the Philippines land of his birth.

Fluffy's Hotel room in New World. There must have been a mix-up some where he got a double room with two small beds. HMMM fluffy was womdering...

Philippines Business Trip Recap:

Fluffy's streak of bad luck continued... as soon as the fluffmiester landed in the airport his luggage was not there, his formal clothes his gifts to his family and others are now MIA, the Singapore airlines staff cannot give Fluffy any answers so they gave him the over night pack and money and their promise to track down the missing luggage.

Fluffy was smart enough to not put all his eggs in one basket... he still had his semi-formal attire with him... that was good enough...

On with the purpose of the trip.....After a head splitting and hectic day Fluffy took his companion to dinner....

He went back to visit his friends on the designated mall on Friday to catch-up on some old war stories...

FLuffy felt good to see his freinds an family again....seeing everybody seems to be getting married nowadays...as soon as fluffy got out of the taxi one of his closest friend and his wife arrange for fluffy to go on a blind date....Unfortunately due to fluffy's hectic schedule the date did not push through....

Better luck next time dude....

Packing and heading back to Thailand...he forgot to put his cell phone charger in his bag....tsk...tsk...

Oh well... this string of bad luck must break sometime....

MIs-adventurous Business Trip Part 1

NEWS FLASH

The Fluffy one is back after a 2 week absence.....

The Mis-adventurous Business Trip

Jakarta in the evening filled with lights... a view from the Hotel Inter-continental.

Being told not to go out of the hotel this as far as we dared to go in Jakarta.

Fluffy comtemplating what to do since he got conned the day before for $60 bucks by a taxi driver in the airport.

Fluffy still thinks somebody up there still likes him...he ended up in the hotel no problems. He could have ended up kidnapped or worse worm food with all of his belongings stolen.

But Fluffy being the HUGE guy that he is might have just intimidated the drivers.

The Fluffy hotel room for the say in Jakarta. Since this was the second time Fluffy stayed in the Intercon in Jakarta he knew what to expect.

A traditional Indonesian Meal after a hard days work....

Fluffy was treated to a traditional Indonesian meal after a hectic day it was very delicious and fulling.

Indonesian Trip Recap:

Although he had a bad experience in Jakarta but the hospitality and the cooperation extended to him by his Indonesian counter parts clearly made-up for it.

It was a good trip yes, he achieved the purpose. A bad trip yes again there are people like that every where.

Personally though Fluffy thinks he will think twice before going to Indonesia on a personal trip.

Fluffy Weekend

Fluffy gave out a sigh of relief since it was back to your regular two day weekend.....

Suffering from inexplainable mouth sores.... two of the them in fact.... one right under the tip of his tongue...

Which makes him sound like a person with braces when he talk....kinda seems funky and all...

Which leads up to the next Fluffy mis-adventure of the week.... remember the time when fluffy's taxi driver got his direction mixed.... well it happened again.... for some strange reason this thing happen to the fluffmiester quite often these days...

He ended up very far from his office... .catching a the BTS sky train.. .and costing him way more than expected....

Fluffmiester thinks that this comes with the territory since...he is after all in a foreign country... and he is actually speaking (although very poorly) in a foreign language...

***Sigh***

Okay... after his mis-adventures running around BKK he finally made it to his office....

On the Gimik Front....

Getting in touch with Tank and the Roach, Fluffy went to Tokyo Joe's that Friday night....

To his surprise the trio was a quartet....Tank brought a long a prospect for the future.... and boy was the Roach relived not being the third wheel any more....

After the usual Fluffy meal at the pub...they procceded to watch a movie....

Movie Review....

Herbie Fully Loaded....

Okay here we have a remake of a classic disney film.... Fluffy can still remember the old films show on TV with the ever popular Volkswagen beetle....

Fluffy Review...The movie was a light hearted comedy featuring the ever lovable bug... Lindsay Lohan...still plays the sweet girl...Maggie Peyton....a girl who just finished college... and is looking forward to a new and promising carrer in New York.... and when her dad gives her a Junk VW beetle ....

Then that's where our plot begins....

Basically Herbie...is a light entertaining movie like the Herbies of old....they are still doing the impossible things this lovable bug of a car does....

The fluffmiester recommends this movie as light entertainment...it will not make burn any extra brain cells and will not also make you come out of the movie theater any dumber too....

Lindsay Lohan... is growing up nicely.... fluffy thinks she has been making remakes for her movies since way back when...but fluffy guess it works so why change it....

Now for the Fluffy Rating 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest....

He gives it a Fluffy Rating of:

5 Good light entertainment...but if you not in a hurry better wait for it when it gets shown on HBO...

First of all....it is a herbie movie...and the fluffmiester has watched almost every herbie movie out there...

and secondly...we had a girl along which had to be home...in a considerably respectable time...

Warhammer 40K news...

Fluffy had a very tiring day on Friday...so on Saturday he went to the warhammer shop....he took a nap there for about 20 mins....and then helped with the terrain building activities...

On Sunday he faced the inquisition...Demon Hunters...

He was able to get rid of the assasin early and managed to get into close combat on the charge... The Demon hunter termies was eliminated one by one by dedicated fire....and the assault squads swooped in for mopping up....the game was over in turn 4 or 5.....

He was again lucky the dice rolls was going his way....he used the terrain to his advantage.... he hopes that this technique will be effective when he goes back home....

Warhammer 40K update:

Before we go to Fluffy's aches and pain...here are a few of the fluffman's newly painted terminators...

The Sarge and the troops still not completely painted just the basic paint....

Fluffy is still trying to figure out waht to place on the base of his first terminator squad.

Another shot of the troops at a different angle...Fluffy hopes that this project does not take him a hundred years to finish...

He is currently seriously considering doing a profile of his minis...now all he needs is the time to do it..

Now on with the regularly schedule programming...

The Aches and Pains of getting back into shape...

Fluffy thought that he has been getting in to shape recently by workin out in the gym he runs 2kms on the treadmill and does some free weights and some weight equipment training...

Was he dead wrong....through the good graces of his company he was able to join a fitness club in the near by hotel....

He started the session by getting on the tread mill and running the traditional 2 km... and the girls from the office said that there will be some class sessions targetting the abs....Hmm he thought sine he needs to work on his abs why not...

The Fluffmiester thought that this will be a piece of cake since he has been working out semi-regularly....

The session started by the mandatory strenching and warming up....he needs to work on his flexibility....a lot of work...

Then it was ab-work-out hell...the instructor showed exercise Fluffy has never even seen before....Okay he thought he can handle this...Yeah....right...after a grueling 30 minute ab work-out he felt his butt aching it think it was called the gluts.... something...he never really work on the group of muscles before...ergo the aches and pain....

Up next there was ths step activity session....since he still thinks that his running has made him improve his cardio...he thought why not....and again it prove the fluffmiester wrong....

The session started with again warm-up exercises...walking marching side steps...the again Step-exercise hell....when they started using the step he thought this is easy but after 40 or so minutes he ca hardly keep up...his was catching his breath...things are getting blurry....Fluffy thought...damn i am going to feel this tomorrow...so after forcing him self to finish the session....

After the session he was dead hungry...fearing that this might lead hi to binge eating again...and make all his effort to loose weight and get back into shape for nothing...he decide to eat one of the free apple in offered at the gym....that stopped his craving for food dead in it's tracks....

After resting a bit....he felt muscle ache in place he thought he will has never used ... the back of his thighs, his butt, his abs, his lower back muscles, his shoulders....and many more places....Fluffy thought to himself that he likes getting into shape and will definitely come back for some more....

Taking a Hot shower and gathering his things...he waited for his companions to finish up and headed for home....

Thinking all the way....Damn I am Really going to feel this Tomorrow....

A Shorter Fluffy Weekend

Fluffy had and interesting one day week-end this week.....

Since he had to work on Saturday.....he had nothing much to do on the gimik front....

After work Fluffy went back home to drop off his "girl" Ms. Fuji Tsu....and then proceeded to his recently favorite watering hole...

Fluffy arrived at Tokyo Joe's...he met up with one of his friends TANK who was on his way out to get some stuff and a pack of smokes....

After the usual trip to the smallest 7-11 Fluffy has seen ever....the went back to settlle down to eat dinner...

HOLY CRAP...Fluffy was wondering what kind of music was playing...it was upposed to be Jazz night and the singer was indeed a brother..(an African American is the politically correct term to use..). Fluffy was wondering if it was just random notes being pluck from the piano...he cannot make any sense of the song that were being played...but for some unknown reason to him at the current time...people wa applauding...hmmm...there seems something to this sound....the fluffyone will research on this further...

TANK agreed with Fluffy...and a pack was made to go there every Friday instead of Saturday...Friday is blues night....

As usual the food was great...and a couple of tacos and brewskis later...fluffy had to call it a night..

Sunday...Bugy...Sunday...

Fluffy woke up late and hauled his butt over to Battle Zone for his schedule game angainst MAD BOT's Inquisition....But not to his surprise the game was cancelled....Fluffy thought that the inquisition can wait another day....

Instead the Fluffy one had a game with PLAI....

The Black Crusade VS Hive Fleet ?????

Lady Luck was smiling on the Fluffmiester and was totally ignoring Plai....even when his tanks blew-up he still took out some bugs...lucky git....

He was able to take out the big bugs early and on the 5th turn...Plai called it a day....

Very Lucky GIT indeed....

So after the solitary day off....it was back to the salt mines for Fluffy...

An Office with a View....

The Girls of Fluffy's office enjoying the View of a clear day in BKK...

Fluffy spent the morning in his BKK office preparing doing some paper work.....

The Fluffmiester really likes his office view specially on clear days you can see the entire BKK city center....

Fluffy was being annoyed by his credit card application....his office staff cannot seem to get things done....maybe it's the lack of experience or the crazy bank requirements.....the Fluffmiester is having a headache just thinking of it....

The Fluffman went to the Manufactorum in the afternoon to settle down in his normal daily work routine....

Afterwork Fluffy went to Battlezone to scope out the various things and to view the Thai warhammer community web boards....

Fluffy found out that the GARRMAN being his old orky self does not know how to put on a tie....it was driving the GARRMAN bonkers....he had to go to his boss's wedding and he had to put one on....the horror of putting the best advocate against marriage the Fluffman knows in to the wedding entourage....oh the horror.....the horror....

One of the Fluffman's friends Shimk1m has just opened his new blog page and...DAMN that things very nice....it inspired the fluffy one to make his own...but he currently lacks the skills...so for the mean time this would have to do...

As for the gimmick news being Friday and all...the Fluffman cannot go out...he has work to do on Saturday....ohhh so SAD....

Anyways....there is always Saturday night....we never know...he just might get lucky....

Wacky Wednesday....De ja BOOM

Fluffy applies to Google ads...

As yo can see Fluffy has applied for google ads and was already approved...ergo the number ads around the page...( So Please do not hesitate to click on the ads....the more you click the happier Fluffy gets...hehehe...)

De Ja BOOM...

Fluffy was going to the Manufactorum in the morning to do his daily activities....together with his girl Fuji...he grabbed a cab outside his appartment....

And Then De Ja BOOM....the taxi he got on again lost it's way.....( Fluffy was thinking...DAMN the odds of that happening...)

Then to get matters worse the cab missed the entry ramp to the express way and had to make a U-turn in some very small alley....( This is getting to be tiring already...)

Finally he got off infront of the Manufactorum....it cost him a lot more than what he usually pays....the Fluffmiester just wanted to get to the place and leave the cab....

He started to get settled in normal daily routine...

The Thin man...Dhoom Dhoom...and Tomcat...came and told him they had a meeting....

Fluffy had a breif discussion with the Thin Man and as usual burned a lot of brain cells in the process....

Hmmm.....

In the afternoon there was Happy hour....with Japanese Food....

Japanese food being one of Fluffy's favorite food....

In his opinion the food was ....So...so...

There were the usual Karaoke singing and the usual parlor games...

One paticular game that got his attention was the idetify who is that in the baby/youngling pictures...

This got the fluffy one thinking that some people change a lot from their childhood to adulthood...and some people look exactly like what they looked like as a child....

Fluffy being one of the latter does not even look like anything that he has on pictures even today...(Hmm...he better continue hitting the gym and contin ue with his diet....)

Fluffy again went to the Battle Zone to waste time....

He registered on a Thai Web forum him not being able to read a word in Thai...(figures....)

Fluffy will bring his brand of humor and better than TV gossips to their board...thanks in large part to his friends...GARRMAN and PORK who are actually better than TV....

He scheduled a game of 40K and went home....

A Slow Tuesday

Fluffy experiences the slowest day in history....

Fluffy stopped by the head office to apply for his credit card....it was supposed to last only an hour.....but nooo...it took him the entire morning...

But fortunately the Fluffy one will be getting his new card with-in the next three weeks...(yeah right.....Time to flex some muscles....company muscles that is...)

The he was off agin to the field with his trusty Laptop tagging along...he went back to the MANUFACTORUM....

Upon arriving he set upondoing his work....

Four hours later he was almost done....

He went to his Favorite Hang out....Battle Zone....

Fluffy messed around with the resident staff EK and PONG....EK was doing the ordering and Fluffy was aking him to order some stuff that he thought he needed....hehehehe....good stuff....

After wasting an hour....the Fluffmiester went back home....

It was starting to look like a very rough week indeed...

Just Another Manic Monday....

Fluffy's Monday Woes....

Monday....after a long a weary week-end Fluffy managed to drag hinself out of his bed and into the shower and drag himself to work....

Hello are you from around here...

Fluffy grabbed his good old reliable girl Ms. Fuji Tsu...(He swear that she is getting heavier everyday...)

Fluffy flagged down a taxi....he told the driver the destination....and to his surprise the driver went the wrong way....(Hmm...he wondered if he was taken for a ride or he said something wrong...He is still learning his 3rd language...)

After driving around (and costing a considerable amount...good news for him the company's footing the bill) he finally concluded that the taxi did go the wrong way...After being stuck in traffic for about an hour...he was able to come to his place of work....

The Fluffman Shakes his head a bad start to the week....

A Meeting filled day....

Fluffy was going into non-stop meeting for his current project and is driving him completely bonkers....

Lunch....

The Fluffmiester together with his padawan Bronze scalled a retaining fence and proceeded to the small resto at the back of the Manufactorum...time for grub....he ordered his favorite chicked together with his favorite....a sauce that will literally clear a clogged nose spicy sauce proceeded to eat lunch...he is now almost immune to spicy food...all but the spiciest cuisine now affects him....DAMN his toungue must have callouses by now....

Back to the salt mines....

He gathered all of his stuff and proceeded to his home office...for yet...another meeting....

This one was cancelled....he spent his afternoon explaining his propossal to his bosses....Fortunately after 3 hours...his propossal was approved...

Fluffy was finally relieved....but he was given more things to do....

The Fluffmeister tired and mentally drained went home to paint his Termie models....

This is a very bad start to a very long week....

Another Fluffy Weekend

The return of Fluffy.....

After what seems to be a brewing Koop D Eklat on the Fluffman's fav forums and extensive YM discussion and blog reading the Fluffman seems to see that everything will be back to the old twisted and contorted old ways....

The Garrman (Copyrights applies) and Pork (Copyrights Expired) has been lambasting the Monopolist the past few days....The Big Kahuna layeth the Smacketh Down on the dynamik blunt dou....if i am not mistaken over a s#!t load of Macho mugs and Tokwa't Baboy and sisig at the regular watering hole Quattro....hehehe...(boy does the Fluffmiester miss that place...."One San Mig Light Macho Please.".....)

In Fluffy's opinion the Garrman has all the right to do what he did...the Fluffmiester will support his veiws but....the finer point tell some one to piss off with a smile needs to be worked on....(A big ass hammer is not a surgical tool....in human terms at least...)....

But according to the Garrman's blog the The Big Kahuna has put them in his place.....

Actually the Fluffy one has talked to the respectable president of the RHGC and a founding memeber of the KLASMEYTS the Jacketman himself during the peak of the controversy....and found out some distrubing news that the Monopolist has.....(better discussed with a Macho mug and sisig....)

Any how being the higher beings that the KLASMEYTS are the agreed to cool of the issue and not put s#!t loads of C4 on a very volatile situation...for the Greater Good...

Fluffy really misses the Good Old Days....

The Warhammer news....

Fluffy had a game with the resident Blood Angels Player....Will be refered to as the Chuester....

It was a good game and the two traded blows....Fluffy was happy with the increase in the level of game play since he arrived....the game was fough to a draw the Fluffy one's Thrid draw in 35 or so odd games...

He was really impressed....Fluffy is now scheduling a game with the only player ever to beat him in the current crusade....the Magician....it will be an Alaitoc Vs The Black Cross....(Blow by Blow Account will be posted after the fight....All Rights Reserved...)

On the Gimik Front...

Fluffy and his Friends....The Tank, The Roach, and the Assasin went to their fav watering hole....there they met up with the Magician and a couple of his british friends...Sophie and Chris....

It was a fine night of beef eating and corona drinking the Fluffmiester drank 4 Coronas on the night...as the fun was going a long the Big Daddy layeth the law on Tank, Roach and Assasin since the guys were still under the legal drinking age they cannot order any more beer...bummer...

But after a couple of hours in the pub they decided to go to what they were informed to be gang land billiard hall...and surprise surprise....the gang land billiard hall is right next to a famous transvestite strip joint...GAWD DAMN...the british pair was petrified...who wouldn't...DAMN...

While playing eight ball the Fluff one figured he played in his MIT days and is Filipino...DAMN was he wrong see practice makes you good ...lack thereoff make you stooopid...hehehe

He lost all of his games.....Dumb Ass.....

The week end was cool and he met a couple of new friends along the way...

Reflection of some my Friends Reactions.....

There was an announcement on a forums i frequent regarding a warhammer 40,000 tourney, the price was a sizeable amount of cash....there was no entrance fees....just show up an you can play....

here's the catch.....

After a heated and spice session in Yahoo Messenger between me and some of my close friends...(we can just call the the Klasmeyts)...

The main sponsor of the tourney and the current organizer of Warhammer has a colorful past to put it politely....if i remember correctly....and the tourney sponsor is trying to return to the fold of gaming by holding this tourney...

There should be no problem...right....WRONG...

The .....hmm.... how do we call him....to coin a phrase from my friends blog page...the MONOPOLIST brought uo the past in the forums...dredging up the past....it seems that the MONOPOLIST has a huge axe to grind....

Here is where i see what people are made off....

After visiting one of my friends blogs and reading...I came to admire that friend for his conviction and principle in life...

How ironic that in playing a simple game one can get insight on another persons beliefs and principles....

Do not get me wrong I admire all of my friends (KLASMEYTS) for the different for their different qualities and diverseness...

To quote a good line from a crappy movie...

"You cannot accept only the good...You must accept the person as a whole both the good and the bad"

Or something like that....

My country needs a lot more people like them....

I think i need a couple of drinks to cool off...

Gimik News....

We had a celebration party yesterday....

A job well done......paid for entirely by the company...OHHH YEAH...

We had dinner and drinks at Riva's an Italian themed restaurant located at Sheraton Grande Hotel...Now that's High Society....

Grabbed myself a couple of Coronas...damn San Mig Light still not available locally here...aww...

The appitizers were good thin crust italian pizzas....

The Main course...

I order 280 grams of Angus beef fillet stake...medium rare...

To tell you the truth for the price we were paying the food there was not worth it...the stake was dry...not juicy...i thought you pay for the ambiance not the food....

In keeping with my diet...i resisted the urge to order a slice of chocolate cake for dessert...

Finished the dinner and got the bill...and damn...a mind blowing...stomach churning...26,000 THB....enough to feed a family of four for 2 months....just not worth it....

Thank God the company is footing the bill...

That's enough internet loafing for a while...

Tantalizing Tuesday

Fluffy started Tuesday by planning to spend time in the office...first time in a couple of weeks that he spent an entire day in the office since being assign to field work....

The Fluffman finally decided to start his diet officially...

No softdrinks...binge eating...and excessive pastries....(AWW HELL)

But he was detemined to loose weight....(Yeah Right Heard that one Before)

Fluffy at the GYM

After work the Fluff went to his gym....there was a lot of people working out now...but he saw none of the cute euro chicks that used to work-out in the gym...(aaaawww Shucks...). There were a lot of local workin out...

The Tread Mill

The Fluffman decided to start his work-out by stretching and measuring his weight....Surprise...surprise...he weighed...105 kgs....

So he hit the tread mill starting slowly....he used to run 4 kms...in half an hour before he stopped....figuring that he can still do his old routine...he proceeded....he walk for 3 mins and ran for 3 repeating it 5 times...but on the 3rd time...he felt he was going to puke and pass out...(DAMN Really out of shape)...he will feel this tomorrow....

After gathering his shaky legs...he rested for a bit...

The weight machines....

Fluffy the after catching his breath decided to hit the weight machines...do some arm and shoulder exercise....

after three reps he felt like his arms were going to fall off....

Hopefully six months of this shit will whip our boy into shape...

Dinner time....

A cup of rice and some sea food...cripes....the eating machine is gradually reducing the intake....

Fluffy then tried to paint...but his still shaking hand cannot do the details he wants...sooo he finally gave up and re-scheduled the painting activity for the next day.....

So before his brain short circuits again....

Stress and Dieting

Fluffy encountered major league short circuiting of the brain....

He was totally lost on how to update his blog.....

Totally stressed from his current project....

It dawn on the fluffmiester that he needs to go on a diet and seriously returning back to his gym routine....(He hopes that the cute european chicks still work out at the same time....hehehe)

Currently he gets winded going up the flight of steps going up to the sky train....too much sitting on his ass in the office and doing finger exercises of typing and writing....

I hope he will stick to this one....

Warhammer News

The fluffy's current terminator project is going according to plan....he has painted 3 termie bodies in mock-up stages...meaning he is using bluetac to secure his figs to the base...

He is pleased with the current progress....He is also getting ready for his big thunderhawk assembly project which he will begin in a couple of weeks time....he will be posting the pics...as soon as he gets hit mits on the company digital camera this week-end that is...hehehe...

The Fluffy Weekend

Last week-end was an above average week-end here in BKK...

Harry Potter Book 6 was released in all the book stores here...generally that means loads of kids in the shopping malls trying to get theih hands on the book...

Fluffy ( yours truly ) was able to get his mits on one...a friend from back home requested one...so Fluffy being the friend that he is got a copy...since the book will be in his possesion for quite a while began reading it...and will try to post some of his comments with-in the next decade or so...

Warhammer 40,000 news

Fluffy being an avid warhammer 40Ker regulary visits his local mall to play the game...

Last Saturday, the gaming league started and he was challenge by one of the guys...his battle tested Black Templars again squared off against the necrons...

Fortunately his flanking tactics were sucessful, his assault squad together with his chappy was able to charge the opponents on the 2nd turn...the fluffman was lucky enough to phase out the necrons by the 5th turn...thus retaining his spot on the ladder...
